A lot of our customers want to track links, such as www.calcium.co.nz - where the advertised url is also the underlying link. The problem is that this requires us to change the underlying url to be a redirect url - which means that you advertise www.calcium.co.nz to the reader - but they click-through to a completely different url and then get redirected to the target link. This may seem pretty simple - but its also called Phishing and more and more spam filters are on the look out for mis-direction like this because its a pretty obvious case of mis-leading the reader and therefore, it's bad.

Of course, we can get around this for you in a number of ways - so please talk to our experienced team when you are designing your email templates to make sure that your email not only looks good - but is also able to be delivered every time.
