1. Make use of your domain names

How many small companies register their domains with the .co.nz, .com.au, .co.uk, .com etc - so they can sell into foreign markets and look local?  If this is you - then you'll like this feature in mailPrimer.  When you're emailing someone with a .co.uk email address, we'll automatically change your 'from' address to use your .co.uk domain.  When you're emailing someone with a .com.au email address, we'll automatically change your 'from' address to use your .com.au domain.  This means that not only can people find your website 'locally' - but they'll also feel that you're communicating to them from locally and sometimes it really makes a difference.

2. Auto text
Do you find that you're often saying the same thing to various people, or are you responsible for replying to emails queries and want to quickly send back standard replies direct from Outlook?  With mailPrimer it's easy.  We'll create some codes for you - such as [website] - which will automatically insert html text such as 'For more information, please visit our website at www.calcium.co.nz', or [thanks] to insert 'Thank you for contacting Calcium Software' etc.  This can make replying to emails completely personal - but allow you to send out controlled messages from your company.

3. Multiple recipients
When sending an email to multiple recipients - some might be able to view html and images and some not.  mailPrimer will handle this gracefully by creating one email per recipient that is tailored to each recipients preferences and capabilities.  This means that your .gov recipient may receive plain formatted text, while your corporate recipient may recieve a fully branded email.  mailPrimer is able to take care of this automatically for you by understanding exactly what capabilities each recipient has based on previous communication with that recipient, or their domain.

4. Make it personal
If you're emailing a list of people, but want to make your email personal - just CC all of your recipients and start your email with 'Hi [--mp:recipientFirstName--]'.  mailPrimer will send one email out to each recipient using their first name, (ie Hi Andrew) - but will also hide all of the other recipients - so each recipient gets a personal email sent only to them.

5. Cleaning your email
Each mailPrimer template has special built in codes to identify which parts of your email can safely be cleaned out when you reply-to-a-reply.  This means that your emails always look clean and un-cluttered.  If there are parts of your template that you would like removed when you reply-to-a-reply - please contact our support team and we will update your template.
